By accessing or using the Air Indo Airlines website at www.airindo.in (the 'Website'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms'). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Air Indo Airlines, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
2. Nature of the Website — Pre-Operations Notice
Air Indo Airlines is currently in its pre-operational phase and has not yet commenced commercial airline operations. All information on this Website — including proposed routes, fleet details, fares, schedules, and services — is indicative and subject to change. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer to provide air transport services. Air Indo Airlines does not currently sell tickets or accept bookings. All proposed operations are subject to receipt of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, and all other applicable regulatory approvals.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this Website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. Air Indo Airlines operates within the regulatory framework established by the Aircraft Act, 1934, the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs) issued by the DGCA, and all applicable directions from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. When Air Indo Airlines commences commercial operations, additional terms and conditions applicable to passengers — including conditions of carriage, baggage policies, refund policies, and passenger rights under applicable DGCA regulations — will be published separately. Nothing in these Terms of Use constitutes conditions of carriage.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
