Air Indo Airlines has not yet received its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the DGCA and has not commenced commercial operations. We are not currently hiring for operational roles. This page is for expressions of interest from aviation professionals who wish to be considered when recruitment opens.

Roles We Are Building Towards
These are the categories we will recruit from when operations begin. Register your interest now to be considered first.
Flight Operations
Captain – ATR 72-600
Type-rated or willing to undergo type rating. Minimum 3,000 hours total time.
First Officer – ATR 72-600
CPL/ATPL holder. Multi-engine instrument rating required.
Flight Operations Manager
Experience in Indian regional operations. DGCA regulatory knowledge essential.
Engineering & Maintenance
Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – ATR
DGCA AME licence with ATR 72 type endorsement preferred.
Continuing Airworthiness Manager
Experience managing CAMO function for a DGCA-approved operator.
Quality Assurance Engineer
Background in aviation quality systems and DGCA audit compliance.
Cabin Crew
Senior Cabin Crew
DGCA Cabin Crew Attestation holder. Experience on regional aircraft preferred.
Cabin Crew
Open to first-time cabin crew with strong customer service background.
Airport & Ground Operations
Station Manager
Experience managing airline station operations at Indian airports.
Ground Operations Supervisor
Background in ramp, dispatch, or passenger handling at Indian airports.
Corporate & Strategy
Head of Finance
CA/CFA with experience in aviation finance, leasing, or infrastructure.
Regulatory Affairs Manager
Deep knowledge of DGCA certification processes and CAR compliance.
Commercial Manager
Revenue management, distribution, and airline commercial strategy experience.
