Invest in India's Regional Aviation Future

Air Indo Airlines is building the regional airline India's growing cities deserve. We are seeking aligned investors who share our long-term vision.

Air Indo Airlines has received its Initial NOC from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Security Clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs, and is progressing towards the next-stage NOC and Air Operator Permit (AOP) from DGCA. The airline has not yet commenced commercial operations. The Opportunity

Why Regional Aviation in India, Why Now

India is the world's fastest-growing aviation market — yet the vast majority of that growth has been concentrated in a handful of metro airports. Over 200 airports across India are underserved or entirely unconnected. The 500 million Indians living in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are travelling by road and rail for journeys that should take 60–90 minutes by air.

Business Model

A Disciplined, Sustainable Approach

Air Indo Airlines is not built on growth-at-all-costs. We are building a structurally sound regional airline with a disciplined cost base, the right aircraft for the routes we fly, and a safety-first culture that protects our operating certificate and our reputation.

Right Aircraft

The ATR 72-600 is purpose-built for routes under 600 km. Its fuel efficiency, short-field performance, and low maintenance costs make it the only rational choice for Indian regional routes.

Underserved Corridors

We target corridors with proven latent demand, no existing direct air service, and strong economic activity — not routes already served by low-cost carriers.

Lean Cost Structure

Regional aviation profitability depends on cost discipline. We are building lean from day one — in staffing, maintenance contracts, ground handling, and distribution.

Long-Term Orientation

We are not building to flip. Our investors and our team are aligned on a 10+ year horizon. That alignment shapes every decision we make.

Route Strategy

Three Launch Corridors

Our initial network targets three corridors in South and Central India where road and rail journey times are 4–8 hours and no direct air service currently exists.

Andhra Pradesh Corridor

Visakhapatnam – Vijayawada – Hyderabad

Connecting AP's three major economic centres with sub-90-minute flights.

Coastal–Goa Corridor

Vijayawada – Goa

Linking AP's commercial capital with Goa's tourism and business economy.

Central India Corridor

Hyderabad – Bhopal – Pune

Connecting the Deccan Plateau with Central India and Maharashtra's industrial belt.

Why Invest in Air Indo?

First-Mover Advantage

These corridors have no existing direct air service. The airline that establishes them first builds brand loyalty, slot priority, and operational experience that is difficult to replicate.

Structural Tailwinds

India's aviation market is growing at 8–10% annually. UDAN scheme incentives, airport infrastructure investment, and rising middle-class incomes all support regional aviation growth.

Proven Aircraft Economics

The ATR 72-600 has 30M+ flight hours globally. Its economics on short-haul routes are well-understood and validated by 200+ operators across 100+ countries.

Experienced Leadership

Our founding team combines deep research into Indian aviation economics with a genuine commitment to building a sustainable, safety-first airline for the long term.
